Payment FAQs

Do I have to pay upfront before services start?

Not always. We discuss timing during our free consultation. For some services, a partial deposit is requested; for others, payment is due on completion. We're flexible — just ask.

What if I can't afford the full amount right now?

We get it — life happens. Message us on WhatsApp or email us and we'll work out a payment arrangement that fits your situation. We'd rather work with you than turn you away.

Is there a payment plan option?

Yes! Pay Later / Installment options are in progress, and in the meantime we can arrange custom payment plans directly via WhatsApp or email. No interest, no pressure.

How do I get a receipt or invoice?

We provide a receipt for every payment. Invoices are sent via email before payment. Walk-in cash payments get a written receipt on the spot.

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. We don't store card numbers or sensitive financial data. Cash payments and bank transfers bypass our systems entirely — your security is our priority.
