Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or engaging our services. By proceeding, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DFT Digital Multiservice website (the "Site") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services. DFT Digital Multiservice reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Services

DFT Digital Multiservice provides professional administrative and business support services to small business owners, including but not limited to:

  • Administrative support and inbox management
  • Document filing and digital organization
  • Data entry and spreadsheet management
  • Customer service support (email and chat)
  • Office management and operations coordination
  • Business support, workflow setup, and process optimization
  • Custom service packages as agreed in writing

The specific scope of services, deliverables, hours, and pricing for each client engagement will be detailed in a separate service agreement or proposal.

3. Service Packages & Pricing

DFT Digital Multiservice currently offers the following standard weekly service packages:

  • Starter Package – $150/week: Includes email management, calendar scheduling, basic document filing, and up to 5 hours of admin support per week.
  • Growth Package – $300/week: Includes all Starter services plus data entry, customer service support, database maintenance, and up to 12 hours of admin support per week.
  • Full Support Package – $600/week: Includes all Growth services plus full office management, vendor coordination, unlimited admin hours, SOP creation, CRM management, and a dedicated account manager.

Custom pricing is available for clients with unique or specialized needs. All pricing is subject to change with 14 days' written notice to existing clients.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for DFT Digital Multiservice services are as follows:

  • Services are billed weekly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Invoices are due upon receipt
  • Payments are accepted via the methods specified in your service agreement
  • Late payments (beyond 7 days past due) may result in a pause of services until payment is received
  • Clients will receive a 5-day grace period before services are suspended

DFT Digital Multiservice reserves the right to charge a late fee of up to 5% on overdue balances. Disputed charges must be communicated in writing within 10 business days of invoice receipt.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Either party may terminate a service engagement with a minimum of 7 days' written notice. The following cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellations made with 7+ days' notice: No cancellation fee; unused pre-paid services will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
  • Cancellations made with fewer than 7 days' notice: The current week's fees are non-refundable.
  • The free initial consultation is fully complimentary and carries no obligation.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful service engagement, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary to perform the agreed services
  • Grant timely access to the tools, accounts, and documents required for the work
  • Communicate availability, priorities, and feedback promptly
  • Respond to questions and requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically 1–2 business days)
  • Maintain confidentiality of any shared login credentials or access permissions
  • Notify DFT Digital Multiservice of any changes to business needs, priorities, or scope

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may impact service delivery timelines, for which DFT Digital Multiservice will not be held liable.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all information shared during the course of the service engagement. All services are handled with strict confidentiality — your information is never shared or sold. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Business strategies, processes, and internal documents
  • Client and customer data
  • Financial information
  • Login credentials and account access
  • Proprietary tools, templates, and systems
  • Immigration and personal identification documents

DFT Digital Multiservice will not disclose, reproduce, or use any client confidential information for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request for clients who require a formal written confidentiality agreement. Please contact us at dftenterprise28@gmail.com to request an NDA before or during your engagement.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing:

  • All work product and deliverables created by DFT Digital Multiservice exclusively for the client and paid for in full become the client's property upon full payment.
  • Templates, tools, and systems created by DFT Digital Multiservice that are not custom-built for the client remain the intellectual property of DFT Digital Multiservice.
  • Clients may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute DFT Digital Multiservice's proprietary tools or methodologies without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

DFT Digital Multiservice provides services in good faith and with professional care. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • DFT Digital Multiservice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the service period in question.
  • We are not liable for delays or failures in service resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, or platform outages.

10. Website Use

By using the DFT Digital Multiservice website, you agree to:

  • Use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
  • Not transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the site
  • Not copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without written permission

The Site and its content are provided "as is." DFT Digital Multiservice makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules in New York.

12. Changes to These Terms

DFT Digital Multiservice reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. For active clients, material changes will be communicated via email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
